Alongside this, I bring lived sport experience as a former AFL semi-professional athlete, AFL Europe Championship coach / President and Ironman.

Today, I blend this real-world leadership experience with qualifications in Co-Active Coaching, Breathwork, and Somatic-based practices to support individuals and teams through high-stakes moments.
