  • This coaching is designed for founders, senior executives and high-performing leaders who are outwardly successful but feel something needs to shift, whether that's burnout, a leadership transition, team friction, or a gap between who they are and who they want to be.

  • Most coaches have never held a senior leadership role. They stay at the surface goals, strategies, behaviours or sell a recycled formula. I coach the whole person: the patterns, beliefs and blind spots underneath the behaviour. I bring 15+ years of senior corporate leadership at companies like Uber, lived experience in elite sport, and training in somatics and breathwork tools that open the wisdom of the body, reconnect you to your true self, and build the nervous system regulation that real performance demands.

  • We start with a free 45-minute discovery call. If there's a fit, we do a 90-minute deep dive intake session. From there, regular fortnightly coaching sessions over a minimum of 6 months, with tools and check-ins between sessions.

  • Most clients notice a meaningful shift within the first 4–6 sessions. The deep dive intake session alone often creates significant clarity. Sustained, lasting change typically takes 3–6 months of consistent work.

  • Both. 1:1 coaching is the primary offering and I also work with leadership teams to improve there performance.

  • Breathwork and somatic practices are tools I use within coaching to help clients regulate their nervous system, access deeper states of clarity, and shift stuck patterns that can be hard to reach through conversation alone. It's science-backed and practical.

  • People are naturally creative, resourceful, and whole. We make space to reconnect with your power, your clarity, and your truth.

  • Therapy looks backwards, it explores past experiences and how they shaped you. Coaching is focused on what is here now and what we want the future to be. We work with the present reality and build toward a clear, intentional future. Both have value, but if you're a high-performing leader looking to move forward, coaching is the right tool.
